If you're here, presumably something has gone horribly horribly wrong, and you're probably looking for your save file. Sorry, that's gotta be real real frustrating. First let's try the obvious stuff.
Are you definitely connecting to the site with the same device as last time, running the same browser, and not in a private tab? Because if not, your data is still over in the thing you used last time.
Next let's double check that there isn't something weird with your setup where local data storage just is not working.
I believe that you have previously viewed this troubleshooting page absolutely never. It's your first time. Previously, you've been here zero times.
Does that seem right to you? If you click the button below, that number of times should increase by one, verifying that we are saving data somewhere and you don't have something blocking that feature.
Assuming that worked, try closing this tab, maybe close your browser, full on reboot, come back after each of these, that number should still be going up. If not uh... damn? Try connecting with a different browser, or device, or whatever? Because this should totally work.
At a point where the little debug counter above works fine by going to the main page isn't loading your character properly? Possibly because like you were playing on your phone and dropped your phone off a boat and it sank to the bottom of an undersea trench or something? Well, that really really sucks if so. Only real recourse I can offer is this link to the development testing cheat station where you can just manually set every variable in the game to what they should be. Please only do that if you are legitimately trying to restore a lost character to how you had it though. You could absolutely use this to cheat and max your stats out or totally circumvent the daily turn limit or bug your game out with bad data here, but this is a not especially challenging game meant to be played at a relaxed pace, where you see all the little jokes and have a sense of progression, while I hopefully stay ahead of the curve adding new content to get to when things get stale, and if you cheat you'll deprive yourself of that. Also you'll probably be hitting the site harder than normal and maybe ruin things for everyone. That'd suck.
